Peaches

We are very sad to tell you that our long time resident corn snake, Peaches, has died. We will miss her a lot, but we are happy to have 14 years worth of good memories.

Her death is a teachable moment for you and your family. In the wild, corn snakes live to be 6 to 8 years old. Peaches was 16. Your child may ask many questions. Do your best to answer them. Remember that there is no right or wrong answer; just use your experiences and feelings. Lastly, encourage your child to share good memories and thoughts with you and with us.
